Skull with correction



These pictures show examples of the skull obtained after correction: we add to the initial skull (that is homotopic to an empty sphere) tetrahedra that contain enough skull (according to the MRI) and that were initially labeled with SCALP. Before changing the label of these tetrahedra, we verify that it will not create a hole in the scalp.
For example we can remark that the jaw is no more disconnected.
