Previous positions

Between 2016 - 2022, I was a module coordinator and then post-doctoral researcher at the Future Cities Laboratory, in Singapore, in the Cognition Perception and Behaviour in Urban Environments group of Christoph Hölscher. During this time I obtained two early career research grants as Lead PI, using digital twins to study usability and navigability of new XR wayfinding systems, and studying the psychological impact of crowding on perceptions of urban and green spaces.

From 2012 - 2019, I did my PhD in Advanced Spatial Analysis at the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis, The Bartlett, UCL where I worked with Andrew Hudson Smith. During my PhD, I co-run the Sensing Environments doctoral network together with Carrie Behar and Alexandra Gomes.
