About me

I am assistant professor (maître de conférences) at Télécom ParisTech in the Image processing and understanding group. I did my academic training with Inria at the Aramis LAB in Paris and at Neurospin (CEA). Previous to that, I obtained a MSc in Mathematical Modelling and Computation from the DTU in Copenhagen and a MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Padova. My research interests lie primarily in the fields of computational anatomy, shape analysis, statistical learning and medical imaging.

I participate to the development of the open source software suite deformetrica for the statistical shape analysis of 2D and 3D image and image-derived data (i.e. landmarks, curves, surfaces).
