Curriculum Vitae

Maurice Gagnaire received the Engineering Degree from the Institut National des Télécommunications (TELECOM SudParis), the Master's Degree in computer systems from Université de Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI), the Ph.D. Degree from the École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (TELECOM ParisTech), and the Habilitation à diriger des Recherches from Université de Versailles

He has been enrolled at ENST (TELECOM ParisTech) in 1987, where he is currently full professor in Networks and Computer Science Departement.


- Has served as an expert for:

* The National Science Foundation (USA)
* The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (Canada)
* The City University of New-York (USA)
* The Research Foundation of Flanders (Belgium)
* The ARCEP (Autorite de Regulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes), the French organization for the regulation of public data networks.

- Membership:

* Member of the CNRS URA 820 and of AFCET
* Member of the IEEE Communication Society
* Member of WG6.10 of IFIP on Optical Networks
* Member of the IEEE Optical Networking Technical Committee
* French representative in the COST 291 action on Digital Optical Networks


* He has been granted by an "IBM Faculty award" in 2014 for his course on Cloud Computing?
* Chevalier de l'Ordre des Palmes Acaddémiques
