UE 3.10a Functional and Metabolism Imaging

Outline: Introduction to functional and metabolic imaging. Two full days of courses, one on brain imaging and one on abdominal imaging.
 

Course Schedule:
Lecture 1-2: Brain Imaging: Diffusion Tensor Imaging, functional MRI, TEP, clinical applications, image processing tools: Hands-on.
Lecture 3-4: Perfusion imaging, diffusion imaging, elastography, clinical applications, diagnostic biomarkers.


Evaluation: written exams (100%)

n the basic sciences (mathematics, physics, chemistry) and applied mathematics (signal-processing, numerical analysis).
