Wanyu Liu (Abby)

Untitled

I am a Ph.D. candidate at Télécom ParisTech, under the supervision of Olivier Rioul, Michel Beaudouin-Lafon and Yves Guiard. My Ph.D. thesis applies Information Theory in Human-Computer Interaction, capturing the uncertainty in the communication process and promoting the partnerships between people and technologies. Before starting my Ph.D., I did my master thesis with Bernd Ploderer at Microsoft Research Centre for Social Natural User Interfaces at the University of Melbourne on sleep tracking technologies.
