[Olivier Cappé]

I am a CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) senior research scientist and director of LTCI (Laboratoire Traitement et Communication de l'Information), which is a joint lab between Télécom ParisTech (also formerly known as Télécom Paris or ENST) and CNRS, physically located in Télécom ParisTech's buildings in Paris. Télécom ParisTech belongs to the Institut Mines-Télécom group (formely known as Institut Télécom or GET) of French higher education institutions; Télécom ParisTech is also a member of the ParisTech alliance as well as a founding member of the Paris-Saclay campus.

I am also Professeur chargé de cours at Ecole Polytechnique's applied math department in Palaiseau, where I do most of my teaching. Within LTCI, I am a member of the research group STA (Statistics and Applications).
