Oral sessions

1. All oral sessions will take 1 hour and 30 minutes in length.
2. Each oral session has 5 presentations. Thus each presentation will be 18 minutes in length, including time for A/V setup, and questions from the audience. The session chair will closely monitor the length of each talk. Please plan your presentation accordingly.
3. Please inform the organizing committee (isspa2001@suria.fke.utm.my) of the A/V equipment needed for your presentation (note that, the presenter's form was sent to all authors together with the letter of acceptance).
4. There will be a short introductory presentation by the session chair at the beginning of every oral session.

 

Poster sessions

1. All poster sessions will take 1 hour and 30 minutes in length.
2. Each presenter will be provided a board with the size of 1.3m high X 2.6m wide (equivalently, 4ft high X 8ft wide) to attach your poster materials to, with push-pins or thumbtacks (also provided).
3. Each poster session will be preceded by 1/2 hour break that should give you sufficient time to set up your presentation.
4. There will be a short introductory presentation by the session chair at the beginning of every poster session.
