Call For Papers
ISSPA 2001 is the sixth in a series of successful international symposia focussing on the theory and applications of signal processing.  For the last 15 years, it has provided a forum for engineers and scientists engaged in research and development to discuss common and disparate objectives and applications of Signal Processing.  After considerable success in Australia, ISSPA is moving offshore.

The regular technical program will run for three days along with an exhibition of signal processing products.  In addition, tutorial sessions will be held one day before the opening of the conference.

Papers are invited in, but not limited to, the following topics:

1. Digital Filter Design & Structures 11. Signal Processing for Communications
2. Multirate Filtering & Wavelets 12. Antennas for Mobile Communications
3. Adaptive Siganl Processing 13. Spread Spectrum Communications
4. Time-Frequency/Time-Scale Analysis 14. Biomedical Signal Processing
5. Higher Order Statistics 15. Neural Network  for Siganl Processing
6.  Statistical Signal  & Array Processing 16. Industrial Signal Processing
7.  Radar & Sonar Processing 17. Signal Processing Education
8. Speech Processing & Recognition 18.  Multimedia Signal Processing
9. Image & Multidimensional Signal Processing 19. Security Signal Processing
10. VLSI for Signal Processing 20. Others (Optical Signal Processing, Aerospace, Applications, etc).
Perspective authors are invited to submit full length (four page) papers for presentation in any of the areas listed above (show area in your submission).  We also encourage the submission of proposal for tutorials and sessions on special topics.

More details are available on the main conference website :
